Prior to joining Ventura Orthopedics, Butler served on the board of Evergreen Health and as an advisor to and investor in healthcare startups. She has previously been an equity mutual fund portfolio manager and graduate finance professor. She holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and various finance certifications.
