Brian Zell

Brian Zell has been a licensed Realtor® since 2014, beginning his career in Arizona before moving into the California market in 2016. He holds ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), GREEN, and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations and is a 2023 VCCAR Leadership Academy graduate. Brian also serves on the Board of Directors for the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors®.

In 2018, he partnered with his wife, Samantha, to establish The Zell Group, and in 2022, they joined forces with Blake Mashburn to form The Mashburn Zell Group. Today, Brian serves as Team Leader of TMZG and Branch Manager of Real Broker’s Ventura office, guiding clients and colleagues alike with integrity, market knowledge, and a commitment to results. Samantha Zell, Realtor® & Business Manager, leads strategic marketing and operations for The Mashburn Zell Group | Real. A Ventura County native, Samantha partnered with her husband Brian in 2018 and, together with Blake Mashburn, co-founded The Mashburn Zell Group in 2022. She is a 2025 VCCAR Leadership Academy Graduate and was recently elected as 2026 Events Director for Women’s Council of Realtors® Ventura County.
