Our largest monthly networking event draws 100+ people!

As an attendee, you'll have 20 seconds to stand and introduce your business. Chamber members appear on the HOT SHEET distributed to all guests (see deadline information.)

Don't forget your business cards and materials for the networking table! Note: only event sponsor may place literature at every seat.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policies
 
THE VENTURA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE is honored to host the region’s business and civic leaders at a wide range of events throughout the year. In an effort to maintain a diverse and relevant slate of high-quality events, be advised of the chamber’s official event refund policy.

  • Refunds will be managed based on receipt of a written request of cancellation. If received no later than 30 days prior to event, registration fees will be refunded in full
  • Sponsorship fees are not refundable, unless the event is cancelled
  • All on-site registrations for any Ventura Chamber of Commerce event must be paid in full upon admittance and cannot be invoiced.
  • Note: all details subject to change without notice.

  • Pay at the door $5.00 extra
Deadlines:
  • HOT SHEET deadline (available to Chamber members only): register and pay by noon on Wednesday before event
  • Online event registration deadline: 3pm on Thursday before the event
